A sanitary equipment manufacturing plant is being built in the Kyzylorda region

Gabidulla Ospankulov, Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, met with representatives of the Spanish company Roca Group at KAZAKH INVEST NC JSC.

The group of companies manufactures sanitary ware. The company produces a full range of bathroom products, including bathtubs, sanitary ceramics, shower trays, faucets, accessories, and furniture.

Previously, an Investment Agreement for the implementation of a project in Kazakhstan was signed between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Roca Group, and the Akimat of the Kyzylorda Region.

The project includes the construction of a plant for the production and assembly of plumbing products and bathroom accessories. The project will be the first sanitary ware manufacturing plant in the country.

The foundation stone for the plant in Kyzylorda was recently laid. The planned investment is 44.1 billion tenge, and production capacity will reach 500,000 units. Additionally, approximately 300 permanent jobs will be created.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current status and plans for the further implementation of the project.

Gabidulla Ospankulov spoke about government support measures, including tax incentives, and the advantages of Kazakhstan's investment climate.

Following the talks, the participants confirmed their commitment to continuing dialogue and developing cooperation.
