Modern Solutions for Sustainable Growth in Agriculture
The Dutch agricultural sector has traditionally held a leading position worldwide for many years. Factors such as the high level of technology and the use of digital solutions to optimize risk in production processes have enabled the Netherlands to remain the world's second-largest exporter of agri-food products in the last few years.
The development of the potential of the Kazakh greenhouse sector through the transfer of knowledge of advanced Dutch companies in the field of agribusiness was the subject of another webinar, organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Netherlands and JSC «NC «KAZAKH INVEST».
This time Kazakhstan producer were taught modern technologies of growing horticultural products in greenhouses, including maintenance of proper climate for high yields.
Representatives of nine leading global companies such as «BOAL Systems B.V.», «Hortilux Schréder B.V.», «Signify», «Ludvig Svensson B.V.», «Hoogendoorn», «MJ Tech», «Priva EMEA», «Ridder Growing Solutions B.V» and «Lumiforte EMEA B.V.».

The Dutch partners presented to the Kazakh producers how to build an ecosystem and make better use of the latest climate solutions to optimize greenhouse production.
The Dutch partners presented modern solutions using solar energy, the evaporation process, and LED lighting to the local agrarians. The experts talked about how to get the most out of the crops grown with their own efforts, using innovative solutions.
According to the moderator of the webinar, Erik Egberts, CEO of «Dutch Greenhouse Delta», «by sharing our knowledge, we support growers around the world in getting the best possible results from innovations in fruit and vegetable growing».
The webinars have already established themselves as a platform for active dialogue between the agribusiness sector in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands.
