The head of the Ministry of Agriculture reminded the delegation of successful cases of French companies that are ready to work in the domestic market.
For example, Lactalis and Danone plan to invest in the milk processing industry in the country. In addition, a joint project with Evolution is currently being developed to create a genetic center. It will contribute to the improvement of breeding reproduction of cattle through French breeding programs. This project is being implemented jointly with "Assyl Tulik" JSC and will give a new impetus to the development of animal genetics in Kazakhstan.
Erbol Karashukeev noted that French veterinary medicine is a world leader, and now the Kazakh holding QazBioPharm is working on a project with Boehringer Ingelheim to produce veterinary vaccines. As a result of the audit, agreements have been reached on specific stages of the project implementation. The next ambitious step will be the export of the produced vaccines to Central Asian countries and Mongolia.
