A. Smailov discussed with the head of PJSC LUKOIL V. Alekperov the implementation of investment projects in Kazakhstan
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov held a meeting with President of PJSC LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov.
The parties discussed the status and prospects of implementing joint investment projects in the fields of exploration, production and transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as oil and gas refining.
Special attention is paid to the further development of the Karachaganak project, the implementation of the projects "Kalamkas Sea" and "Khazar", "Khvalynskoye", "Tsentralnaya", "Zhenis" and "Al-Farabi".
A.Smailov noted the importance of maximizing the use of local content by PJSC LUKOIL in goods, works and services, personnel, as well as the use of modern environmentally friendly technologies in the implementation of projects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
